**Business Development Manager**

Location: Skopje (Hybrid)

Norstat is seeking a commercially driven New Business Development Manager to generate new B2B business in the Dutch market. This role focuses on outbound sales and new client acquisition, primarily targeting end clients, consultancies, and large corporates in the Netherlands. Dutch language skills are a plus, but English is sufficient.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities from the ground up. The core of the role is outbound prospecting: identifying and approaching relevant organizations, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities and converting them into revenue.

You will build and manage your own sales pipeline and work closely with the Dutch commercial team to ensure smooth handover and collaboration where required.

Approximately 65 percent of your time will be dedicated to structured outbound business development. The remaining 35 percent will focus on supporting commercial growth through the development of case studies, presentations, and sales materials that strengthen market positioning and client engagement.

The primary objective of the role is to drive incremental growth and expand Norstat’s client base in the Dutch market.

**Candidate Profile**

We are looking for a commercially focused professional comfortable with proactive outreach and building long-term client relationships.

You bring:

- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience engaging with corporates and consultancies
- A structured, target-driven approach to pipeline management
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- High level of ownership and accountability

Desirable (not required): Experience in market research, recruitment, SaaS, or data-driven services

**Working Model**

- Location: Skopje
- Onboarding: First six months require full office presence for onboarding, collaboration, and ramp-up
- Post-onboarding: Hybrid model with approximately 10 days per month in the office
