The Marketing Coordinator contributes to the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
The position will collaborate closely with operational managers with the aim of ensuring an effective implementation of the marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follows and implements the strategic marketing plan.
- Follow up and implement the company’s advertising campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing agency.
- Collaborate with the agency to produce promotional materials.
- Create and suggest and implement in-store marketing materials.
- Interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.
- Assist the Marketing Manager through analysis, social listening, and industry knowledge in developing and implementing social media strategy that enhances PronatyraMD’ brand reputation through effective use of social channels.
- Manage social media channels while maintaining optimal posting rates.
- Responsible for developing and editing content including still photos, videos and copy for use across company’s platforms. Edit content for grammar, punctuation, voice and tone, best practices, company style and brand identity.
- Responsible for preparing reports and generating statistics on the processes managed.
- Assist in department budget preparation.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven work experience in marketing, preferable in retail industry
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Solid computer skills, including Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
- Organized multitasker and able to handle many diverse projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- Driving license
