Truck Dispatcher – U.S. Market (2 Open Positions)

Freightech Inc., an established U.S. logistics company headquartered in Romeoville, Illinois, is expanding its branch office in Skopje, Macedonia. We are looking for two experienced Truck Dispatchers to join our team and support our growing U.S. operations.
Position Overview
As a Truck Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily transportation operations, book loads, and ensure efficient communication between drivers, brokers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Book and assign loads for dry van and reefer trucks.
Dispatch drivers and coordinate routes and schedules.
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
Resolve delays and operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications
Previous experience dispatching trucks in the U.S. market is required.
Proven experience booking loads for dry van and reefer equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with dispatch software, load boards, and U.S. transportation procedures.
