Responsibilities include coordinating projects, managing teams, implementing optimized processes, and conducting performance analysis. The candidate will also contribute to enhancing communication, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met.
**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operational planning, performance analysis, and process optimization
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate across teams
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of business development, budget management, and resource allocation
- Ability to foster a collaborative and transparent work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Previous experience in an operations or management role is preferred
