Position: Truck Dispatcher
Location: Skopje - Kisela Voda
Salary: Up to $3000
Experience: Open to all levels (training provided)

Responsibilities:
Book loads on the spot market efficiently and effectively.
Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Communicate with drivers and clients (brokers) to coordinate shipments.
Monitor and adjust routes as needed for optimal efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of loads and shipments.
Reach targets and maintain KPIs
Qualifications:
Experience in truck dispatching is a plus, but not required; we welcome those eager to learn!
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of flatbed trucking is preferred, but not essential.
