Remote Property Management Specialist (Freelance / B2B Contractor)

**About Us**
We are a fast-growing short-term rental property management company. We currently manage an exciting portfolio of 145 apartments across London, Malta, and Italy, along with three premium Bed & Breakfasts in Florence. We are looking for two highly motivated, detail-oriented remote specialists to join our operations team as independent contractors and help us deliver a 5-star experience to our guests.
**The Role**
As a freelance specialist, you will be the operational heartbeat of our daily activities, ensuring smooth communication between guests, the management team, and our on-the-ground staff. We operate on a two-shift system (Morning Shift and Midday-to-Closing Shift). You will be scheduled to provide your services 5 days a week, which will include rotating weekend coverage.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Channel Management:**
Monitor and manage daily operations using our channel manager, Krossbooking (handling 3 different access points).
- **Guest Communication:**
Promptly reply to guest inquiries, booking requests, and support tickets via email and direct messages.
- **Staff Coordination:**
Actively manage and coordinate our local ground teams (cleaners, check-in agents, and maintenance staff) via dedicated WhatsApp groups.
- **Problem Solving:**
Act as the first point of contact for real-time issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions for guests and staff.
**Requirements**
- **Freelance Status:**
Must be registered as a self-employed professional or independent contractor in your country of residence, with the ability to issue regular monthly invoices.
- **Language Skills:**
Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. A basic understanding of Italian is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- **Tech-Savvy:**
Comfortable learning new software quickly. Previous experience with Krossbooking or other Channel Managers is a plus.
- **Remote Setup:**
A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet working environment.
