**The role**
You find businesses that need a better online presence, start the conversation, and bring them to us ready to sign. We handle the proposal details, design and delivery. You earn a commission on every client you close.
**What you'll do**
- Find and qualify leads on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps and through your network
- Reach out by message, email or call
- Understand what each client needs and present the right DuaDev offer
- Hand over warm, ready-to-sign clients to our team
- Keep a simple record of your leads and progress
**What you need**
- Fluent English, Italian or German
- Previous sales experience, ideally selling services or B2B
- Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no"
- Self-driven and organized without a manager checking in
- Clear written communication
- Basic understanding of websites and social media

- No cap on earnings
