As an official distributor, we are expanding our operations across the Western Balkans and are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead and manage our regional activities in:

**🇽🇰 Kosovo**
**🇷🇸 Serbia**
**🇲🇪 Montenegro**
Position: Regional Distribution & Operations Manager
Region: Western Balkans
Employment Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role
**Key Responsibilities:**
\* Oversee distribution and operational activities across all 4 markets
\* Develop and strengthen regional partnerships and sales networks
\* Coordinate local teams and ensure operational excellence
\* Drive market growth and brand presence in the region
\* Report directly to company leadership
**Requirements:**
\* Proven experience in regional management, distribution, or business development
\* Strong leadership and organizational skills
\* Knowledge of Balkan markets and business culture
\* Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
\* Willingness to travel across the region
