Logistics & Procurement Coordinator (Construction / EPC Projects)
📍 Location: Bitola, North Macedonia
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked on construction, infrastructure, power, renewable energy or EPC projects, coordinating procurement, material deliveries, logistics and supplier management in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Source local suppliers for construction materials, electrical and mechanical materials, PPE, tools, consumables and office supplies.
Obtain quotations, prepare commercial comparisons and support supplier selection.
Issue and follow up Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries to site.
Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
Support procurement planning according to project schedules.
Logistics & Material Coordination
Coordinate material deliveries from suppliers to project sites.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies and customs brokers.
Track imported equipment shipments from Greek ports to the project sites.
Review shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin.
Monitor customs clearance and delivery schedules.
Coordinate material receiving, quantity verification and handover documentation.
Resolve delivery issues with suppliers and logistics partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain within construction, infrastructure, industrial or EPC projects.
Experience purchasing construction materials, equipment or project-related goods.
Experience coordinating suppliers, deliveries and logistics for active project sites.
Understanding of procurement processes including RFQs, supplier evaluation and Purchase Orders.
Experience working with freight forwarders, transport companies or customs brokers is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good English communication skills.
Valid driving licence is an advantage.
Based in Bitola or willing to relocate.
