The ideal candidate will drive commercial growth across B2B & B2C channels, oversee full P&L management, develop strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing teams aligned with Technogym’s wellness-focused culture.

• Define and execute local market strategy
• Drive commercial performance and business growth
• Lead solution selling for major accounts
• Manage and develop local teams
• Strengthen customer experience and brand positioning

• 10+ years of leadership experience in multinational or structured companies
• Strong background in P&L management and B2B sales
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
