On behalf of a client operating in the professional services sector,
**Dimension HR**
is looking for an experienced
**Digital Marketing Manager**
to lead the design, standardization, and optimization of the company's digital marketing ecosystem.
This role is focused on building a scalable marketing infrastructure that supports
**B2B lead generation, performance measurement, marketing automation, and continuous optimization**
across all digital channels.
Location:
**Tirana, Albania**
The selected candidate will assess existing marketing processes, implement industry best practices, establish standardized workflows (SOPs), and develop a sustainable system that can be efficiently managed and expanded by the internal team after project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and standardize existing digital marketing processes.
- Configure and optimize:
1. Meta Business Suite
2. Meta Ads Manager
3. LinkedIn Campaign Manager
4. Google Campaign Manager
5. Google Ads
- Optimize conversion funnels and lead generation workflows.
- Develop marketing performance tracking and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines.
- Train the internal team on managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the marketing ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum
**3 years of experience**
in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience with Marketing Analytics, campaign performance measurement, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing:
1. **Meta Business Suite**
2. **Meta Ads Manager**
3. **LinkedIn Campaign Manager**
4. **Google Campaign Manager**
5. **Google Ads**
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in creating scalable digital marketing processes and documentation is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
