We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and confident communicator to join our team in the U.S. trucking industry.
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Call previous employers to verify truck drivers' employment history.
- Confirm employment dates, positions held, and other relevant information.
- Collect and document verification results accurately.
- Follow up with previous employers when additional information is needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all required verifications are completed.
- Communicate professionally with previous employers and company representatives.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to make a high volume of calls and follow established procedures.
- Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, HR, or a similar position is an advantage.
