**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Account Manager role based in Skopje. The Marketing Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business goals, and translating them into effective marketing and communication plans. The role includes coordinating and overseeing projects from brief to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with creative, digital, and PR teams. The Marketing Account Manager will prepare and present proposals, reports, and campaign performance analyses, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Day-to-day tasks also include supporting lead generation efforts, participating in new business pitches, monitoring market and industry trends, and ensuring that all work aligns with IDEA LAB’s standards of quality, creativity, and gender-equitable communication.
**Qualifications- minimum 2years working experience in a marketing agency.**
