**Role Description**
The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tetovo, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role oversees daily site activities, ensures work is performed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, and provides technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors. The Site Engineer will verify materials and workmanship, monitor progress against schedules, and assist with resolving technical issues and design discrepancies on site. The position includes preparing site reports, maintaining documentation, supporting inspections, and collaborating with project managers, civil and structural engineers, and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications**

- Strong on-site experience and familiarity with construction site operations and coordination.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and inspection procedures in civil engineering projects.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in infrastructure and industrial works.
- Relevant background as a civil engineer, with practical experience in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certification or licensing is an advantage.
- Awareness of HSE regulations and best practices, with a commitment to safe work environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and use common engineering and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Proficiency in English and local languages is beneficial; prior experience with EPC or JV projects is a plus.
