**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Track and Tracer. The Track and Tracer will be responsible for monitoring shipments, coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate updates to stakeholders. The role entails maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting logistical issues, and collaborating with team members to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and monitoring systems
- Strong communication skills for liaising with drivers and stakeholders
- Attention to detail, record-keeping, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges efficiently
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance, preferred
- Proficiency in technology and software related to logistics and tracking
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in the trucking or logistics industry is an advantage
