**The Role**
As Cardo AI grows, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Content Specialist to own our visual identity and shape how we communicate across our website, social media, and marketing materials. You will be part of the marketing team in a fast-paced, international environment, designing independently and creating content that brings our brand to life. This role is about making sure every piece of Cardo AI's communication is consistent, high-quality, and on-brand as the company grows. This role is based in our Tirana office.
**What You Will Do**
- Own Cardo AI's visual identity and ensure all materials are consistent with our brand.
- Help evolve our brand guidelines as the company grows.
- Create and manage visual assets, including one-pagers, reports, brochures, presentations, business cards, and social media visuals.
- Prepare print-ready and digital files to a high standard.
- Create and adapt visual content and copy for LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
- Prepare visual assets for product, research, and company communications.
- Maintain and update the WordPress website, including blog posts, reports, news, and other content.
- Edit short videos, social media content, and simple montages, and edit and format podcast and video content.
**What You Bring**
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in-house at an international company or agency.
- Advanced use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage several projects at once, prioritize independently, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to support content, social media, and other marketing activities as needed.
- **Bonus:**
experience with WordPress, creating content for LinkedIn, or working in fintech, finance, or B2B tech.
