, a private executive gathering taking place in Barcelona on
**16–17 November**
, bringing together senior leaders from across Europe to discuss the real people challenges companies are facing today: trust, retention, culture, leadership pressure, employee experience, and quiet disengagement.

The summit is designed for a highly selective audience of
**CEOs, Chief People Officers, HR Directors, VPs, and senior decision-makers**
from leading companies.

We are now looking for
**2–3 commercially strong B2B sales people**
to join us immediately as
**B2B Sales Executive Partners**
.

This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with senior business leaders, and motivated by performance, ownership, and growth.

You will be responsible for reaching out to senior executives, presenting the summit clearly, building relationships, following up with interested delegates, and helping bring the right people into the room.

This is not a typical sales role. You will be working closely with the founder during the growth stage of the summit, with direct exposure to high-level business conversations and the opportunity to grow with the project.

**What you will do:**

- Contact senior HR, People, Talent, Culture, and business leaders across Europe
- Speak with decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present Human First Summit in a clear, professional, and confident way
- Follow up with interested executives and support them through the registration process
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Work directly with the founder and core team
- Help grow the commercial side of a premium executive summit

**This role is for you if:**

- You have experience in B2B sales, cold calling, telesales, delegate sales, recruitment, business development, or appointment setting
- You are confident picking up the phone and speaking with senior professionals
- You are not afraid of rejection and understand that sales requires consistency
- You are fast, proactive, and disciplined with follow-up
- You communicate professionally in English
- You are motivated by results and strong earning potential
- You want to be part of a growing project, not just another standard sales job
