Support Engineer

About the role

is looking for a
**Support Engineer**
to join our team.

The role includes application software maintenance, Help Desk support, communication with clients, implementation of information systems, and user support.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of SQL (Queries, Procedures, Functions)
- Basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Firebird, SQL or PostgreSQL
- Basic knowledge of network technologies and network devices
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Good command of English
- Category B driving licence
- Experience with ERP or medical software implementation will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Communication with clients and support in using our software solutions
- Remote and on-site implementation of information systems
- Implementation of new software versions
- Troubleshooting software-related issues reported by clients
- Training end users
- Keeping track of tasks and meeting deadlines
