On behalf of our esteemed client, a growing regional pharmaceutical company, established 30 years ago, with a portfolio of innovative medicines across pulmonology, specialty care, and orphan/rare diseases, we are seeking an experienced and motivated professional for the position of Product & Field Manager. The company has been operating in North Macedonia since 2009.


The position combines Product Management, portfolio development, and active field work, with a focus on building professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. We are looking for a person who can connect strategic and marketing thinking with a good understanding of the market and field work.

**Description**
Product Management & Portfolio Development



- Participate in the development and implementation of product/brand strategy for innovative products.
- Actively monitor the development of the respiratory, specialty care, and orphan/rare disease markets.
- Develop and implement marketing and commercial activities for the assigned portfolio.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of new product launch activities.
- Monitor the market, competition, therapeutic trends, and the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Analyze market data and identify opportunities for product and portfolio development.
- Collect and analyze field information and translate it into concrete proposals and activities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, marketing plans, and promotional materials.
- Participate in congresses, professional meetings, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and regional/cluster team.

Field & HCP Engagement



- Conduct regular professional visits to physicians, pharmacists, and other relevant HCPs.
- Promote and present products in accordance with approved promotional materials and applicable rules.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with HCPs.
- Provide relevant professional information about products within the scope of the position.
- Understand physicians’ and market needs and communicate relevant information to the internal team.
- Monitor competitor activities and market changes.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of activities focused on portfolio growth and maintenance.

**Requirements**

- University degree - Pharmacy or Medicine (MD).
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Product Management, Brand Management, Pharmaceutical Sales / Medical Representative or Commercial/Marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with physicians, pharmacists, and other HCPs.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical market in North Macedonia.
- Willingness to engage in active field work.
- Excellent command of English.
- Valid driving license (category B) and active driving experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
