**Role Description**
The Dry Van Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Radoviš, responsible for coordinating daily dry van operations. This position manages driver schedules, assigns loads, and monitors routes to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries. The dispatcher communicates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide updates, and maintain high service standards. Day-to-day tasks include tracking shipments, optimizing routes, handling documentation, and using dispatch software or TMS tools for load planning. The role also involves supporting compliance with company policies and transportation regulations, and proactively addressing any delays or disruptions.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in dispatching or transportation coordination in trucking or logistics, preferably with dry van operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Ability to use dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, phone systems).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and documentation.
- Knowledge of basic transportation regulations, safety practices, and industry terminology.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under time pressure.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and coordinating multiple loads simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in logistics or transportation is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a trucking company or freight brokerage is beneficial.
