**💼 Nuova Posizione Aperta: DevOps Engineer (Freelance)**
Cerchiamo un/una DevOps Engineer senior con forte esperienza su cloud Azure e Kubernetes per progettare e gestire infrastrutture cloud moderne, sicure e altamente automatizzate.

**🚀 RESPONSABILITA' TECNICHE**
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):**
- Progettazione e manutenzione di moduli Terraform avanzati per Azure, inclusa l’estensione delle funzionalità tramite AzAPI e integrazioni custom.
- **AKS Advanced Networking:**
- Implementazione e gestione di:
- Cilium eBPF (Network Dataplane) in sostituzione di kube-proxy
- WireGuard per la cifratura del traffico inter-node
- Azure Application Gateway for Containers (AGC)
- **Modern Ingress Management:**
- Migrazione dagli Ingress Controller tradizionali (NGINX/Traefik) verso le Kubernetes Gateway API con integrazione del bilanciamento nativo Azure.
- **Dynamic Node Provisioning:**
- Implementazione di Karpenter su AKS per superare i Node Pool statici e ottimizzare costi e performance tra istanze On-Demand e Spot.
- **Automazione DNS & Identità:**
- Gestione automatizzata DNS (Azure Private DNS e provider esterni come GoDaddy) tramite External-DNS
- Configurazione di Workload Identity per accesso sicuro a servizi Azure (Key Vault, Storage, ecc.)
- **Governance & Sicurezza:**
- Segmentazione tramite Network Policies
- Implementazione di modelli Zero-Trust a livello di rete e kernel
**🧠 REQUISITI TECNICI**
- **Terraform — Livello Expert**
- Almeno 4–5 anni di esperienza su Azure, con conoscenza approfondita di:
- Lifecycle delle risorse
- Gestione state multi-ambiente
- Lifecycle hooks e best practice IaC
- **Azure — Conoscenza Avanzata**
- Esperienza solida su:
- VNET (Peering, Overlay, Subnet Delegation)
- Managed Identities
- Private Link
- Traffic Management e Controllers
- **Kubernetes Internals / AKS**
- Esperienza architetturale su Azure Kubernetes Service, inclusi Control Plane e Data Plane.
- **GitOps & Continuous Delivery**
- Esperienza pratica con strumenti come Flux CD o Argo CD per l’automazione dell’infrastruttura.
**⭐ REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI**
- Certificazioni:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
