**Construction Site Manager (Solar PV EPC Project)**
**📍 Location North Macedonia – Oslomej / Bitola Solar PV Project Sites**
**🧩 Responsibilities**
- Take full responsibility for on-site management of Solar PV EPC construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise civil, electrical, PV installation works and all subcontractors
- Control project schedule, construction quality, HSE performance, and site costs
- Act as the Company’s on-site representative and liaise with the Client, Consultant, Engineer, and local stakeholders
- Organize site meetings and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Ensure construction activities comply with contract requirements, technical specifications, and HSE standards
- Lead inspections, testing, commissioning support, and final project handover
- Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality completion of the project
**🎯 Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (Civil, Electrical, Energy, Construction Management, etc.)
Proven experience in Solar PV, power, or renewable energy EPC construction projects
Previous experience as Construction Site Manager, Site Manager, or similar on-site leadership role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, subcontractor management, and site coordination
Good understanding of HSE regulations and site safety management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work full-time on site
Local Macedonian or EU-based candidates are preferred
**🏠Working Arrangement (Important)**
This is a locally hired, site-based position
Accommodation and meals are not provided by the Company
The employee is expected to independently arrange accommodation near the project site
