**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role based in Skopje for a Leasing Sales Specialist. The Leasing Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new clients, nurturing client relationships, and driving leasing agreements. Additional responsibilities include conducting client presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to support company growth.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise to achieve targets and manage relationships effectively gained through experience in the financial sector.
- Experience or ability to analyse financial statements of companies and conduct leasing applucation with adequate financial structure as well as to educate clients or team members on products and services.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in local and English language; MS Office proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
