**About Us**

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our contractor team. If you’re resilient, target-driven, and eager to develop your skills in sales, this role could be a perfect fit.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Generate interest, qualify prospects, and book meetings for clients.
- Ensure approximately 
**1100 dials per week (averaging 3 hours per business day)**
.
- Follow provided scripts, messaging, and best practices.
- Use Superior Outreach AI’s dialer, contact lists, and outreach tools.
- Maintain professionalism and represent client brands positively.
- Submit regular feedback and attend coaching/training sessions.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Resilience and persistence when handling objections.
- Previous outbound sales or cold calling experience.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor.

**Compensation**

- **$700 monthly base**
, paid at the end of each month.
- **$20 per qualified meeting booked (prospect must attend).**
- **Show rate**
