Position: Truck Dispatch Afterhours and Maintenance
Location: Skopje - Kisela Voda
Experience: Open to all levels (training provided)
About Us: Prestige Hauling is a leading logistics provider specializing in flatbed trucking. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our dedicated team. We’re looking for a motivated Truck Dispatch Assistant and Safety Administrator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Direct drivers, track routes, and adjust schedules to handle delays, bad weather, or night-shift changes.
Answer emergency calls for broken-down vehicles or equipment and dispatch local mechanics or repair crews.
Act as the main night contact for drivers and customers, passing key updates to the morning team.
Log all night-shift calls, breakdown reports, and repair requests in the system.
Make sure all late-night dispatches follow company rules and safety guidelines.
Qualifications: We welcome those eager to learn! Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of trucking is preferred, but not essential.
