**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tirana for the role of Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day internal financial transactions, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with Albanian tax regulations and international financial standards. The Accountant will also assist in financial planning, perform payroll processing.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Prior experience in accounting offices, submission of declarations in tax system
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping techniques
- Knowledge in preparation of financial statements
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, Financa 5
- Understanding of Albanian tax laws and regulations, as well as international financial standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
