**Social Media Specialist**
with a proven track record in growing organic following and engagement to:
- **Develop and execute**
an engaging social media content strategy
- **Be
*Hands-On***
with creating and editing social content (including videos)
across various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- **Monitor and analyze social media performance**
and adjust approach to maximize results.
- **Engage with the community**
through comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
**The GOALS**
for this position are to:
- Grow DesignRush YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok through consistent, high-quality content
- **We are seeking an expert with a clear vision, strategy, and know how to grow our social channels.**
- Drive traffic to the site
- Achieve high community engagement (e.g., by sharing real stories, behind-the-scenes content, and industry insights that spark conversation)
**Required skills:**
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful PAID & ORGANIC social media campaigns
- **Excellent**
English speaking and writing skills
- **Hands-On Expertise**
in utilizing AI and social tools to
**create and edit**
photos and videos.
- Proven track record of growing brands organically – through social pages you have managed, with measurable results to show.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure results
