**Language Requirement**
- **Full fluency in both English and Albanian is required**
 — spoken and written.
- You will be communicating directly with US-based clients and our internal team, so clear, professional communication in both languages is essential.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support for our POS systems to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation for clients.
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely, accurate solutions.
- Assist with system configuration, software updates, and hardware setup.
- Enter and manage data accurately to keep all client information current.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize and improve POS functionality.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong command ofÂ
**both English and Albanian**
 (verbal and written).
- Able to workÂ
**in-office in KiÄŤevo**
 on the overnight US shift, including weekends.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with POS systems or similar technology is a plus but not required.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
**Compensation**
