**Role Overview**
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support budgeting, financial reporting, accounting processes, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, assist in forecasting, and collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Statements
- Proven skills in Accounting and maintaining accurate financial records
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data analysis and financial forecasting
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related role
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with financial software and tools
- Fluent in English (Italian is considered a strong advantage)
- Experience in production/construction or related industries is a plus
