is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called:
**JETP South Africa Transnet Decarbonisation Framework Loan**
and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
**Location**
: South Africa.
**Duration**
: Q3 2026.
**Non-Key Expert: Social Expert(s)**
***☝️ Minimum Qualifications and skills:***
- University degree in Engineering, Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Proficiency in oral and written English language.
***☝️ Minimum General & Specific professional experience:***
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in social impact assessment and social development within large transport infrastructure projects or public authorities, of which at least 3 years should be in South Africa.
- Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
- Involvement in a minimum of 1 transport project in a developing country, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa, financed by EU, EIB or other IFI’s in the past 10 years.
