**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Sales & Reception professional. The responsibilities include welcoming and assisting clients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves clerical duties such as maintaining records, responding to inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives by promoting services and products to clients.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
- Well-developed Clerical Skills, including data management and organization
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proven Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or reception roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in computer tools and office software is a plus
