**Role Description**
We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team for an on-site, full-time role located in Skopje. The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and manage the maintenance of our modern fleet of vehicles, ensuring readiness and optimal performance at all times. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance activities, managing equipment upkeep, and working with service providers to resolve repair and maintenance issues. The role demands effective communication and organization to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management and the ability to implement maintenance processes
- Solid Supervisory Skills to manage and coordinate maintenance teams or service providers
- Experience in Maintenance planning and execution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities for liaising with team members, contractors, and vendors
- Proficiency in maintenance software and tools is an asset
- Previous experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance is highly desirable
