In 9 months, we went from a $1,000 CPA and zero customers to $1M+/month in revenue. Now we're scaling to $5M/month by December.
To support that growth, we’re looking for a **Meta Ads Launch Assistant** who can launch ads quickly, accurately, and consistently across our accounts.
You’ll work closely with our Media Buying team.

### Requirements
**What you'll actually do:**
- Launch **Meta ads daily** from **Monday** through **Saturday.**
- Push ads live within **24 hours** of being added to the “Ready to Launch” board.
- Use **AdManage** and our existing templates to launch campaigns efficiently.
- Check every URL, Facebook page, ad copy, campaign name, and setting before launch.
- Follow **structured campaign naming conventions.**
- **Update** launch status and task progress in ClickUp.
- **Flag** missing information or blockers **immediately.**
- **Maintain consistent accuracy** across a high volume of launches.
**Who we're NOT looking for:**
- Less than one year of Meta ad-launching experience.
- Poor English communication.
- Frequent launch errors.
- Unable to meet the 24-hour deadline or work Monday-Saturday.
**Who we ARE looking for:**
- **1–2 years of Meta ad-launching experience.**
- **Experience with AdManage** or similar tools.
- **Fluent English** and **strong attention to detail.**
- **Reliable Monday - Saturday** availability with full ownership of launches.
