We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP Specialist - Finance (RMCA /FI-CA) to join our team.

**Role insights:**
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA (Revenue Management – Contract Accounting) especially FI-CA (Finance – Contract Accounting), supporting the operations of A1 Group across multiple countries.
- Support senior SAP team colleagues and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Participate in SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
- Document functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving ABAP-related issues for custom solutions.
- Support the team in ensuring system stability, data integrity, and process optimization.
**What makes you unique:**
- Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field, with interest in IT systems and financial processes.
- Basic accounting knowledge, especially in accounts receivable.
- Prior SAP experience is welcome, particularly exposure to ABAP.
- Strong willingness to learn and self-develop.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- English language is mandatory, German and/or Croatian are a plus.
