**IT Senior Business ANALYST**
**In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to effectively convey the product vision and ensure it's well comprehended throughout the team. Assist in maximizing business value by guiding the delivery process and directing efforts towards tasks that yield the greatest value. Take a central role in discerning what truly adds value, what doesn't, and facilitate ongoing learning and communication to consistently deliver the right outcomes.**
**Additionally, help in aligning the team on crucial aspects such as scope, design, and implementation decisions. Assist the Product Owner in analyzing the business domain and maintaining the product backlog. Cultivate an environment that fosters creativity, encourages rapid learning, and promotes experimentation, ultimately fostering innovation within the team.**
*Main responsibilities

Discover, interpret, and communicate information in order to increase understanding and clarity on where value can be created
- Help stakeholders make decisions about approaches, priorities, and trade-offs to stay focused on continuous value creation in the face of constraints, differing opinions, risks, and complexity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure there is a shared understanding of the need, identify and prioritize a backlog of actions that will meet the need
- Supports Product Owner to establish user stories from the requirement models created during business analysis.
- Ensure that requirements are mapped clearly to the identified business goals. This involves analyzing and identifying risks, dependencies, and changing needs, and incorporating feedback from customers.
- Works closely with development team members by preparing solution proposals and prototypes, so everyone is clear and has the same understanding for the requirements.
- Supports with user story specifications, test cases design, acceptance criteria and in the decomposition of complex workflows in smaller parts, so that they can be ready to be implemented.
- Depending on the product and platform used, a business analyst can also support in solution design and implementation, for example in low code/no code platforms.
- Support with execution of the test cases and documentation of the results.
- Performs or provides coaching to the team during an iteration include facilitating collaboration, generating, examples, transferring knowledge
- Performs other duties based on the tasks assigned by the manager and involvement in Tribe/agile team

raduated in computer sciences/economics informatics or related studies
- 4+ years of experience in related positions
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and other Agile practices
- Process mapping skills
- Expertise in conceptual modeling; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions.
- Familiarity with requirements techniques such as, user stories, use cases, and informal modeling.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
