**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Day-to-day activities include planning and curating content for social media platforms, optimizing social media performance through tactics such as SMO, collaborating with various teams to align messaging, and engaging with audiences online. The role involves monitoring social media trends and analytics to refine strategies and ensure continued success.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and improve social media performance
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for social media trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in managing social media channels for a business or organization is an advantage
