**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Tax Analyst role located in Tirana. The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for managing tax compliance and planning, preparing tax returns, and ensuring adherence to local regulations. The role includes performing detailed tax analyses to identify opportunities for optimization, collaborating with departments to manage tax-related matters, and staying updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing tax efficiency and minimizing risk while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
- Proficiency in Tax Preparation and a strong understanding of Tax regulations
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for detailed tax assessments and solutions
- A proactive approach to staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Prior experience in tax advisory or financial analysis, preferably within international markets
