Part-Time Business Development Manager (IT Recruitment)

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to support the growth of our IT recruitment agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, opening doors, and building relationships with companies.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients in Malta and other European markets
• Conduct cold calls and cold outreach via LinkedIn and email
• Introduce our recruitment services and arrange meetings with decision-makers
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Build long-term relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and founders
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring trends and opportunities
Requirements:
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
• Comfortable making cold calls on a daily basis
• Strong communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• Experience selling recruitment services or HR solutions would be considered an asset
