**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Tirana. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in meeting company objectives through customer interaction, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with organizational tasks. Responsibilities include handling inquiries and communication with clients, coordinating sales processes, and maintaining efficient documentation and reporting.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities
- Effective Communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Sales experience and knowledge
- Outstanding Organization Skills for managing tasks and paperwork efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in real estate or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
