Amiy is a GTM Accelerator scaling from to 200+ team members.
We need a strategic leader to architect our two most vital engines:
**High-velocity talent acquisition**
(20+ hires/mo) and
**The Amiy Academy**
(internal leadership development).
Your Core Mandate
- **Talent Architecture:**
Lead the transition from passive job posts to aggressive outbound headhunting. Refine "The Gauntlet" to ensure we only onboard the top 5% of resilient, high-IQ sales talent.
- **The Learning Ecosystem:**
Help us Build and own our internal L&D department.
- **Growth & Retention:**
Design merit-based career paths that move SDRs into leadership roles. You are responsible for increasing Employee Lifetime Value (eLTV) by making Amiy the best place in the region to build a career.
- **Performance Culture:**
Maintain a high-accountability, remote-first environment where results are celebrated and professional growth is the standard.
Who You Are
- **Agency/BPO Veteran:**
5+ years of leadership in a high-volume
**Outsourcing, BPO, or Sales Agency.**
You understand the math of a service-based model.
- **The Scaler:**
You’ve successfully managed the people operations for a team growing at 15–30+ hires per month.
- **Data-Driven:**
You lead with metrics—yield, ramp time, and internal promotion rates are your North Stars.
