**Role Description**

This is a part-time, remote position for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting lead generation and outreach, and nurturing prospective clients through clear and persuasive communication. The SDR will collaborate with the sales and business development teams to grow Valshift's client base and support the sales pipeline by scheduling and preparing for discovery calls. Additionally, the SDR will maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and market insights.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop potential business opportunities
- Strong skills in Communication and Sales, with the ability to engage potential clients and articulate the company's value proposition effectively
- Experience in Business Development to contribute to the growth and expansion of the client base
- Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
