We are looking to welcome a
**Junior QA Engineer**
to our team.
As a Junior QA Engineer, you will support the quality assurance process by testing software applications to ensure they meet functional and user requirements, with a focus on ERP/Asset platform. You will be part of a small, dedicated team, working closely with decision making team in a long-term engagement to ensure product stability, reliability, and continuous improvement, while building strong domain knowledge and developing your QA expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute manual testing across features, ensuring a high-quality user experience
- Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to support stable releases
- Review requirements and contribute a QA perspective early in the development process
- Maintain clear and structured test documentation
**Requirements & Skills**
- Basic understanding of software testing principles (SDLC, STLC)
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of web applications and browsers
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
- Willingness to learn and grow in QA
**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge in Automation testing
- Familiarity with tools like Postman for basic API testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to version control tools such as Git
- Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail)
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium
**Education & Experience**
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 year of experience in software testing (internships or academic projects included)
