**General Overview**
The
Legal Specialist
will be responsible for handling all legal aspects of the company’s activity, excluding court representation. This role focuses on
**contract drafting and review**
, ensuring compliance with
**Albanian legislation**
, and maintaining relationships with government authorities for obtaining necessary licenses and permits in the construction sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting and reviewing
**contracts**
related to company operations, including agreements with
**suppliers and subcontractors in construction projects**
- Providing legal advice to senior management on
**partnerships, negotiations, and third-party agreements**
- Managing relationships with
**public institutions and regulatory bodies**
for
**construction permits, licenses, and compliance procedures**
- Ensuring the company complies with
**construction laws, regulations, and safety standards**
- Maintaining and organizing all
**legal documentation and records**
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- University degree in
**Law**
- Strong knowledge of
**Albanian legislation**
, especially in
**contract law and construction industry regulations**
(experience in construction is an advantage, but not mandatory)
- Excellent skills in
**legal drafting, contract management, and professional communication**
- Valid
**driving license**
(required for mobility)
