The Role

We're looking for an SDR to run outbound campaigns for our clients. You'll own the full top-of-funnel: building target lists, crafting personalized messaging, executing multi-channel sequences, handling replies, and booking qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers.

**What you'll do**

- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns across multiple client accounts and verticals
- Build and refine ICPs, prospect lists, and Boolean searches in Sales Navigator
- Write personalized, high-converting outreach messages (LinkedIn, email, occasional cold calls)
- Manage inbox replies, qualify leads, and book discovery meetings
- Report on campaign performance and continuously test what works
- Collaborate with senior leadership on GTM strategy for each client

**Requirements**

- Minimum 2 years of enterprise outbound experience (LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or cold calling)
- Strong written English - you can write a cold message that doesn't sound like a cold message
- Comfortable working across multiple clients, industries, and ICPs simultaneously
- Self-driven, organized, and obsessive about reply rates and meetings booked
- Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn automation platforms, CRMs, and enrichment tools
- Russian language is a strong plus - many of our campaigns target CIS markets
