Jupiter BPO is looking for an experienced Spanish Customer Support Manager to join our team.

We are searching for someone who has previously worked as a Team Leader or Customer Support Lead and has successfully managed a team of at least 5 people.

**MUST BE LOCATED IN, MACEDONIA!**

**Working Hours:**

Monday – Saturday

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM CET

**Working Conditions:**

Hybrid /Remote

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer support
- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Lead
- Proven ability to manage and support a team of 5+ people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to monitor performance, provide feedback, and improve team productivity
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Organised, proactive, and reliable personality

**Key responsibilities:**

- Lead and support the customer support team
- Monitor team performance and KPIs
- Help team members improve through coaching and feedback
- Handle escalations and solve customer issues
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Report on team results and daily operations
