**Receptionist**
Core Pilates Tirana — Coin Center, Tirana
**Motivation :**

Located in Coin Center (prime location in Tirana)
- Premium Pilates studio
- Client base includes high-level professionals
- Nice and motivating atmosphere to work efficiently

**Key Responsibilities :**
- Manage front desk and client flow
- Handle bookings, rescheduling, cancellations
- Respond to calls, WhatsApp, messages. social media
- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Coordinate with instructors and schedules
- Handle basic payments and tracking
**Requirements :**
- Fluent Albanian and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional appearance
- Organized, punctual, detail-oriented
- High energy, consistent, reliable
- Basic digital skills (email, booking systems, spreadsheets)
**Preferred :**
Turkish (optional)
Experience in front desk application : Team Up/ Mind Body
