**Responsibilities**
- Act as Single Point of Contact for customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, managing RFQs through to order processing
- Provide daily feedback and updates on open RFQs through to OPC
- Liaise directly with customers to provide status updates and respond to general enquiries within target timeframes
- Ensure customer expectations are met in line with established service standards
- Support departmental sales targets alongside Estimators/OPC
- Nurture new business opportunities and maximize each sales opportunity
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through CRM management
- Coordinate open RFQs and maintain accurate bid registers and customer status reports
- Create high-level Manufacturing Planning Routing within the Kinetic MRP/ERP system
- Enter customer data and operations to enable set and run times to be established
- Conduct contract reviews for all new and repeat orders in line with procedures
- Interpret customer drawings, specifications, quality, and regulatory standards into Engineering Methods of Manufacture (MoM)
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are logged according to company QMS
- Create bills of materials and routings for components and assemblies
- Perform engineering planning and layout of manufacturing operations
- Enter set and run times into the Kinetic ERP system using legacy data where applicable
- Review and maintain legacy MTMS data, CNC machining profiles, CAD files, programming data, and setup sheets
- Manage estimated set and run times from legacy systems
- Create jobs and quotes within the Kinetic ERP system based on customer purchase orders or internal sales orders
- Process Kinetic MRP-generated job suggestions
- Download and print job travelers from the Kinetic MRP system
- Collate all required technical information including drawings, BOMs, and customer conditions of supply
- Prepare and print complete job packs for production, including process sheets and supporting documentation
- Assemble and issue job packs to production teams for manufacturing
- Raise requisitions (PRs) for materials and AGS procurement as required
- Liaise with customers and shop floor teams to resolve engineering issues
- Provide support to the Engineering Manager as needed
- Determine appropriate engineering techniques and sequences for each manufacturing project stage
- Update planning sheets when issues are identified
- Collaborate with supervisors and operators to optimize manufacturing methods
- Liaise with customer manufacturing and design engineers to resolve technical and production issues
- Manage potential customer complaints and report internal quality issues
- Provide feedback on customer Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Support the close-out of NCRs and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and log opportunities within the QMS
- Monitor team compliance and support the development of internal training tools
- Work with the NBD Manager to support new customer enquiries
- Perform other duties aligned with role capabilities as directed by leadership
**Qualifications**
- **3 to 5 years of relevant work experience**
- Strong customer service experience with a focus on delivering value and enhancing customer experience
- Conscientious, confident, and highly computer literate
- Well-organized with excellent communication and articulation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of industry databases and relevant software systems
- Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- **Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and CRM systems, with the ability to improve automation and efficiency**
- Strategic thinking skills to support long-term planning and customer relationship management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
