**WHO WE ARE**

CCX Inclusive Business is a strategy consulting firm based in Geneva, Switzerland. We partner with financial service providers and policymakers to translate consumer insights into practical market strategies and policies that expand access for underserved and excluded populations.

Our mission is to design scalable solutions grounded in a deep understanding of the lives, needs, and constraints of underserved communities in emerging markets, ultimately improving livelihoods and unlocking economic opportunity.

We focus on three core areas: Entrepreneurship and SME Development, Inclusive Finance (including gender-intelligent finance), and Policy Dialogue and Regulation. To date, we have delivered over 80 projects, reaching more than 8 million previously unbanked individuals across both the largest emerging markets and the most underserved, landlocked economies.

**WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US**

- Mission-Driven Work: Be part of transformative projects tackling critical issues such as economic development, inclusive finance, and gender equality.
- Global Experience & Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a diverse, multicultural team of experts on projects across some of the world’s most dynamic and challenging markets.
- Competitive Remuneration: Receive a competitive rate that reflects your skills and contributions.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights? If you thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments where analytical rigor meets real-world impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

At ConsumerCentriX, there are endless opportunities to develop the right skills to take on some of the world’s toughest challenges. We are looking for a driven and analytically minded Business Analyst to join the CCX Data Lab, a dedicated team at the heart of how we deliver, innovate, and learn across our projects.

The CCX Data Lab has three core objectives:

- Deliver analytical work to project teams and PMs, with a primary focus on quantitative analysis but also qualitative synthesis, producing polished, insight-rich outputs that directly inform client engagements.
- Build internal capabilities and enable cross-project learning. The Data Lab works across the full CCX portfolio, giving it a unique vantage point to surface connections and patterns across individual project silos.
- Innovate on how we collect, process, and analyze data, continuously improving methodologies and boosting the efficiency of our analytical work, particularly in data-scarce environments.

As a Business Analyst on this team, you will contribute meaningfully to all three, with insight generation at the core of what we’re looking for.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Analytical Delivery & Insight Generation**

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across active projects, delivering polished, insight-driven outputs that directly support client work.
- Develop client-ready reports and presentations, often in PowerPoint, that translate data into clear, compelling narratives, going beyond charts to tell a story and surface what the data actually means.
- Apply strong statistical understanding to ensure analytical outputs are sound, well-interpreted, and meaningful in context.
- Engage closely with project managers to understand the core questions behind each engagement and deliver analysis that addresses them with clarity and precision.

**Cross-Project Learning & Internal Capability Building**

- Leverage the CCX Data Lab’s unique cross-portfolio visibility to identify patterns and connections across projects, geographies, and market segments that individual project teams would not otherwise see.
- Translate cross-project findings into practical insights that enrich ongoing engagements and strengthen CCX’s collective understanding of the markets we work in.
- Document and share analytical learnings in formats that build institutional knowledge and help the wider CCX team work smarter over time.

**Methodological Innovation & Efficiency**

- Continuously explore and pilot new approaches to data collection, processing, and analysis, with a particular focus on what is possible using AI tools rather than defaulting to traditional coding environments.
- Design and refine data collection instruments such as surveys and assessment frameworks to improve the quality of inputs from the ground up.
- Identify and implement efficiencies in analytical workflows that save time across the project portfolio without compromising rigor.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role, ideally within consulting, international development, or financial services.
- Hands-on experience working with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to support research, analysis, or content workflows.
- Strong foundation in statistics: you know how to interpret data correctly, choose the right methods, and avoid common analytical pitfalls.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced); knowledge of Python, R, or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, but not required. We care more about your analytical thinking and ability to leverage the right tools for the job.
- Strong presentation design skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to build structured, visually clear, and insight-driven slides from scratch.
- Sharp analytical thinking with a proven ability to work with messy, incomplete, or scarce data and connect findings meaningfully across datasets, sectors, and geographies.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audience.
- Experience designing or working with surveys and primary data collection instruments is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a remote environment.
- International experience, including having lived, worked, or studied abroad, is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial inclusion, gender equality, SME development, or related development finance topics is a plus.

Don’t meet every requirement? Neither did some of our best hires. If this role excites you and you’re the kind of person who digs into data, thinks across contexts, and wants their work to matter, we’d love to hear from you.

**HOW TO APPLY**

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume and a brief cover letter to jobs@consumercentrix.ch.

The subject line should read: Business Analyst – CCX Data Lab

Due to the volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every submission individually. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly. If selected, you can expect to meet with three members of our team across three conversations — a process we genuinely enjoy, as it gives us both the opportunity to get to know each other and ensure this is the right fit on all sides.

Given the analytical nature of this role, the selection process may include a short case study or practical exercise. We keep these focused and respectful of your time — they’re simply our way of seeing how you think.

We look forward to hearing from you!
