**About the role:**

As the Showroom Sales Director at Billa, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the showroom, managing a high-performing team of Sales Advisors, and ensuring that every customer receives an outstanding in-store experience. You will drive sales performance, maintain an elevated showroom appearance, and play a key role in the commercial success and brand reputation of the retail location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives;

Foster a positive and customer-centric culture in the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Monitor the achievement of departmental objectives and support the sales team throughout the negotiation process;

Select, train, motivate, and lead the sales team;

Represent the company in meetings with current and potential clients, building and strengthening long-term relationships with them;

Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance;

Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities and results;

Conduct cost analysis, pricing policies, and market trends, and propose new strategies for sales growth;

Lead performance meetings with the sales team.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in leading a sales team, preferably in the construction materials industry;

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions;

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
