This is a full-time hybrid role as a CDL A Driver Recruiter based in Skopje, North Macedonia. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating potential skilled drivers. This role involves managing job postings, conducting interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate pipelines to support the company’s dynamic workforce. The Recruiter will collaborate with internal teams, manage applicant tracking systems, and contribute to creating an efficient recruitment process. Building strong relationships and promoting the company’s values as an employer of choice within the trucking industry will be a key focus.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in CDL A driver recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
- Familiarity with the logistics, transportation, or trucking industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and communication platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work responsibilities
